My wife generally hates to take any car in for maintenance or repairs. She anticipates a haggle. This time she took it in for oil change and mentioned the drivers side window seal was loose. The technician was very understanding and offered asolution that was not intimidating or condescending to her. She said she felt very much at ease without any anxiety. Not impressed with this Finance manager. Very condescending and pushy. Blatantly asks for 100% Subaru Satisfaction survey score, based on the fact that he sold me a car? I also got a call week later from a female asking about how the sale went, I told her my concerns and was told she will call me back and she asked what would it take to get 10 out of 10 on the survey (again), never got call back but I did get email from Subaru... needless to say I scored them very poorly.
