Yes, I would really like to recognize the service advisor I worked with, Madalyn Sanders. She kept me informed throughout the entire process; was empathetic, compassionate, and understanding about my situat I worked with, Madalyn Sanders. She kept me informed throughout the entire process; was empathetic, compassionate, and understanding about my situation (being furloughed due to COVID-19 and having my income affected), and helped to guide me so I could more easily identify the most critical repairs to have completed and which ones to defer at this time until money allows. All of these characteristics made for smooth, even pleasant experience in what would typically be an unpleasant one. The discount applied to the final cost in particular instance was greatly appreciated, as well. All in all, the entire organization deserves a pat on the back for really taking care of a customer.
