Ewing Subaru's staff always makes things easy for me. Yesterday, while I was waiting for my car, I wanted to talk to the Finance Manager to get pricing on extended warranties. The Finance Manager was ver Yesterday, while I was waiting for my car, I wanted to talk to the Finance Manager to get pricing on extended warranties. The Finance Manager was very busy with customers, but the person out front greeting people on the sales floor, Wilfred Sparks, watched for when the Finance Manager had a free moment, and brought him back to where I was waiting. The Finance Manager then answered all my questions. Once again Ewing Subaru took care of all my needs and made things easy on me. I appreciate that. Everyone I worked with there deserves 5 stars. I was very happy with my experience at the new Express service center at Ewing. My 2018 Forester was brought in for the free 21 point inspection and the diagnostics indicated it needed new battery,.
