Alex (service advsior) was great. He kept in contact while my wheel studs were being replaced. Madalyn (SA) helped me with a safety check last week, she was excellent too. Service Tech found the secon while my wheel studs were being replaced. Madalyn (SA) helped me with a safety check last week, she was excellent too. Service Tech found the secondary issue I've been concerned about. Another dealership wanted too much money to tighten down one bolt on the U-joint of the steering rack, which was causing it to be loose. ( they caused the issue and were not honest about it) Ewing was honest and just took care of it, since it was a very simple fix. I will always bring my Subarus to Ewing if I have an issue that I can't fix or find myself. More

Just an all around excellent staff- the older gentleman that is your driver who is the first to greet us every single time we pull in to the service department.
