First, we had a smooth process of dealing on a Toyota RAV4 with a salesperson, Alan, but then the manager interrupted us in the middle of our conversation and ruined the whole process. The manager (Jimm RAV4 with a salesperson, Alan, but then the manager interrupted us in the middle of our conversation and ruined the whole process. The manager (Jimmy) was very rude to my grandfather, and didn't respect what the salesman told us on the first hand. He added another 648$ on top of what the salesman told us. What kind of professionalism does this place has that the customer have to pay 648$ for just a license plate and service fee??? That's more EXPENSIVE than SALES TAX alone. But the salesman, Alan is great. He is very professional, except the manager. More

Your customer service representative, Alex, was amazing! He was encouraging, supportive, and professional not to mention an all around nice person. Ewing Subaru of Plano was the only Subaru dealership able He was encouraging, supportive, and professional not to mention an all around nice person. Ewing Subaru of Plano was the only Subaru dealership able to see me on short notice. I was traveling from out of state and once I arrived the service center ran a few tests and within minutes were telling me what the issue was and how it should be repaired. I was in a situation where Subaru "Grandfathered" me in under their 100,000 mile warranty program. They really took care of me! I'm so grateful for Subaru's generosity that I'm planning on upgrading to a newer Subaru model in the near future! Thank you Subaru and Happy New Year!!! More
