Great service experience My Outback had to be towed to Ewing Subaru on Monday afternoon. I received a new Outback loaner car and left my vehicle. My Outback was inspected and need considerable maintenance and testing to restore it to working condition. I was kept informed of progress on my vehicle and was extremely pleased when I picked it up the following Friday. More

Valve spring recall I was informed by the dealer that they could only work on a limited number of engines available from Subaru. Not sure why the engine would be swapped. I was informed by the dealer that they could only work on a limited number of engines available from Subaru. Not sure why the engine would be swapped. My car has less than 34,000 miles and would not appreciate it being swapped with an engine with higher mileage. Furthermore, the engine compartment was not cleaned or washed and neither was the vehicle was washed. More
