I called Subaru of Plano and spoke to Darrel Hair, an awesome and knowledgeable salesman, who worked with me via phone through out the week to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived on saturday for my appointment, he had the car cleaned, waxed, and detailed... ready for my test drive. All the correct personal were on hand to answer all my questions about any concerns I had. Warranty questions, maintenance questions, etc. This dealership is a MUST for anyone on the search for a particular Subaru purchase. More

I dreaded the new car buying process and working with some of the non-Subaru dealers confirmed that not all dealers are honest and trustworthy. Vickie respected my decision to test drive the Subaru Forester and only after I finished test driving the other SUVs on my list would I make a decision to buy. Vickie made the test driving experience the most fun test driving experience I’ve ever had. She was an excellent listener and her knowledge of the Forester was excellent. Instead of just talking about what the vehicle could do, she allowed the vehicle to show me. Once the test drive was done, she didn’t hassle me to make a decision to buy (unlike other dealers who brought their manager to force me to buy right then and there or kept sending harsh toned emails/phone calls) and answered all my follow up questions (no matter how small). When I decided to buy a Subaru I told Vickie I didn’t want to be held hostage for hours (as other dealers do). She met my challenge and it only took 1.5 hrs from the moment I arrived to the moment I finished buying the car. Vickie did an excellent job and is an extremely knowleadable and trustworthy sales agent. THE BEST! More

I've taken my cars to them for warranty service, which worked out fine. I doubt they will try to screw you, but I also doubt you'll get a great deal either. More

This Subaru dealership went far beyond any other I had been looking at the Subaru Legacy for a few months and spoke with three other Subaru dealerships . It wasn't until I had spoken with Lou Colvin I had been looking at the Subaru Legacy for a few months and spoke with three other Subaru dealerships . It wasn't until I had spoken with Lou Colvin of Subaru of Plano that I had all my questions answered and all my new car needs met. Darrell Hair was our salesman and after doing MUCH research, when it came time to actually buy, we made a long trip out to see Darrell because of his low pressure demeanor and knowledge of the products. We got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted and the whole experience was not painful AT ALL. It was easy and pleasant thanks to Darrell. David in finance was great, too, and was a great ending to the process. We LOVE our new Crosstrek and couldn't be happier with the whole buying experience. Wish they were all that way!
