Overall satisfaction is great. Getting a service appointment used to be good. This time, your Chat guy was a hindrance, a nuisance. Next day I showed up without an appointment, and through the courtesy of an attentive Service Advisor things moved smoothly and I got the needed work done. Thanks. We had some trouble working with my insurance but he got them to focus on my claim and deliver the needed supplemental me about the status of my car.
