Problem with the truck and the dealership ghosted me, So I was very happy with my truck until the 3rd day of having it. The check engine light came on and it was because the thermostat is stuck open. I ca So I was very happy with my truck until the 3rd day of having it. The check engine light came on and it was because the thermostat is stuck open. I called the dealership and they said it should be cover under the warranty. I called the warranty company and they said a claim would have to be entered before they could tell me if it’s covered. So I took it into the shop and found out that it’s not covered and would cost $600 to replace. Plus I had to pay $140 just so the service shop could confirm it was a stuck open thermostat. I have called the salesman Mike several times and texted him with my problem. I have not heard anything back from him. It’s very disappointing to be ignored and not making things right. I know you can clear a check engine light and it won’t come back on for days. So is that what they did, and what other problems am I going to be stuck with. You think they would make it right, but like I said I have heard nothing from them. More
