Exceptional Motorcars had a great selection of used trucks. I was able to look at 6 that I was interest in and drove four. The vehicles were accessible, clean, and ready to drive. The SUV key isn't working, and the controls are reversed: it locks instead of unlocking, and unlocks instead of locking. I went to report the issue, but instead of helping, they simply said there was nothing it locks instead of unlocking, and unlocks instead of locking.
