My Best Car Buying Experience First and for most, Doug was everything you’d desire in a car salesmen! He was courteous, knowledgeable(In reference to inventory), and transparent! H First and for most, Doug was everything you’d desire in a car salesmen! He was courteous, knowledgeable(In reference to inventory), and transparent! He informed me of two key factors, regarding the warranty that I’m sure your “typical” salesmen would not have disclosed. He then brought the issue to his supervisor and got it resolved before attempting to proceed(no hassle). Post purchase Doug as been just as stellar as he was in the beginning! The vehicle began displaying an error code regarding the Park Sensor and Doug insisted that I come in to have it assessed and resolved ASAP. Long story short the issue was resolved with 20min with no charges at all! I hope this was helpful! Give them a shot, if everyone is as committed as Doug... I think you’ll be very satisfied! More
