Since my husband was unable to come, I took the paperwork home with me for him to sign, then overnighted the paperwork the next day. I explained this to Doug and he assured me he wouldn't do that and he didn't. Mike was the finance guy. He was great and funny. When i got there at 5pm truck was still on the lot,dirty I fell he had plenty of time to at least have the truck washed satisfied all around except for salesman feel he was only worried about the next deal dont like being told things will be done and they are not.
