Overall good experience I had been searching ram 2500's specifically an outdoorsman model. somehow that online search led me to exceptional's webpage so I decided to give the I had been searching ram 2500's specifically an outdoorsman model. somehow that online search led me to exceptional's webpage so I decided to give them a call.Dustin Hernandez happened to answer the phone i ran my situation by him basically needing to get out of my lease truck 8 months early. He consulted with his manager and was confident we could make it work! The following Monday I stopped by met with Dustin looked at the truck . After a short time we came to a purchase agreement . It worked out great ! A few hours and I was driving my new truck home . Dustin as well as finance dept and management stayed over a couple hours after they close to finish the deal . Dustin and exceptional made it easy to buy a truck! Very pleased with the overall outcome! More
