Great dealership! Jeremy Hines is a real down to earth and honest sale professional, quite refreshing when compared to greasy sales people at other dealerships. They were able to get me out the door at a really solid price at almost the bottom limit of KBB fair market value for a similar used car purchased from a dealership, at the miles on the odometer and the model year. The only way I’d have got a better deal was buying from a private party. Not to mention the price you pay includes a 6 month, 6000 mile limited warranty for a used car. Plus they’ve shown me they are willing to negotiate on price point from vehicle to vehicle. They’ve got screaming deals out there and I’d recommend them to anyone. I first contacted Christina Meiring to inquire about 2012 Mustang. She said The car was still available and identified Jordan White as the sales person for that car and would ask him to follow up with me, wh Mustang. Since we were coming from out of state, Jordan assured us he would secure vehicle with a small fully refundable security deposit by credit card so we would not make a wasted trip. He also said they would thoroughly inspect the vehicle and make sure it was mechanically sound adding he had driven the car several times and assured me it was. I also spoke with Mike in the finance department ahead of time who was helpful in working out our payment options by credit card. The only hiccup was when we came to pick up the car there was confusion about a second smaller key fob that looked like a remote start which the mechanic checked out only to learn there were no wires for a remote start (nor was remote start listed in the ad and thus would’ve been a bonus if it came with the car). Note the main Key fob worked fine and the car is sweet according to my son who got to drive it home! Aside from the dummy fob, everything went very well and overall very pleased with our purchase and Exceptional Motorcar! More

This is by far the worst dealership/company that I have dealt with in my car buying experience. I got wishy-washy car prices and when I got there they told me they were too busy to help me but if I wanted dealt with in my car buying experience. If I wanted to go test drive them come back and let them know and they may talk to me. I had no idea where I was going and where the truck was, all I know is they were to busy and upset because of an email I sent telling them that there customer service was horrible and I was going elsewhere. I came with a down payment, trade in and great credit. I would rather go to a shady for sale lot on a street corner than these guys More
