I have heard ups and downs about this dealer and their warranties they offer. BUT, my experience was very well here! I noticed an issue with the wheel bearing on the truck and I requested they change it f warranties they offer. BUT, my experience was very well here! Only issue was only two car mats in car and I paid for overnight shipping when I was told they would. They did pay overnight fee when delivered to me just not the return. Did not receive what I paid for By taking care of their customers. I bought a 2018 Savanah GMC back in November of 2019 and was promised a new key FOB after I learned that of the two By taking care of their customers. They told me both worked, said they had changed the battery and reprogramed. They did not. They wanted to make the sale so they told me it had been taken care and gave me one that didnt work. I have already locked myself out of my vehicle and it costs me $ 50.00 to have a service get me in. You dont tell your customers that they will take care of a problem and not do what you said. I do not recommend their customer service More
