I had test drove a Maxima that I was From the moment I walked in, I was in doubt. Sam and Wes did their best to ensure I purchased a quality vehicle. I had test drove a Maxima that I was reviewing only to find out that it had a few issues. Sam had directed me to another model with less miles (35k) than I test drove. From the moment i started driving, I knew this was the one I wanted. Wes searched to see if he could get a better finance rate, but explained that i had a good offer. This was the 1st newer vehicle I've purchased in years. There were a few blemishes on the bumpers, Sam and Wes reassured me they would have those issues resolved. I was given a loaner vehicle, which I've never had obtained before. Sam and Mohammed drive the loaner to my job. Impressive! I was told that it shouldn't be a long process, indeed halfway thru my workday i received a call saying my car was ready. Wow, looked better than the day i drove it off the lot. Thanks Team. More

He seem very nice so i came in. When i met him in person he was even nicer. Very good guy. He spent most of his time serving me. If i hadn't met tim i would have been a nervous reck buying a car. I love my new nissan. Not really what i wanted but i had to come to a realization that i needed to be realistic with what i brought to the table. Tim helped me realize that this was a starting point for me to better myself for my future. To build my credit and go from there. I will be back in three years to buy from tim.
