I was there for a recall. I went there to the service department and was asked for my reason. I told them the issue, showed the rep the paperwork and, after checking to veri I went there to the service department and was asked for my reason. I told them the issue, showed the rep the paperwork and, after checking to verify the parts were in, asked what days/time worked best for me and was given a time that wad both convenient and soon. Three days later I’m diving the truck with the recall parts in. Nice work. Nice friendly staff. Efficiently completed. Excellent performance all around. More
