I bought a new 2016 silverado 3500HD back in june, brought it down for the first time, first service, with issues in the steering, issues with the rear view camera and a recall for a non deploy air bag,
the service personnel lied to me about the serviced performed to my truck, they were supposed to rotate the tires, top off fluids and reset TPMS sensors, they did wrote it down on the work order, i asked them couple times if it was done, they said "yes we did" when i checked, what a surprise! it had not been done. then they said: oh! " maybe we made a mistake"
i wonder how many times they get away with it, people trust their vehicles to this so called " certified service" dealer not knowing what type of incompetent "technicians" work in here.
So disappointing, they will do and promise this and that in order to sell you their vehicles but once you are out the door you are not longer their problem,
