The only reason I am doing the survey is because you keep sending me the email. My experience was poor at best the last time I was at the dealership. My vehicle was not put back together properly and I had t sending me the email. My experience was poor at best the last time I was at the dealership. My vehicle was not put back together properly and I had to return two times for them to complete the job properly. They have lost a customer who will never set foot in Executive Chevrolet of Wallingford again. I am wondering if they even use certified technicians or if they just have someone that they are paying minimum wage to perform Services on vehicles. Again I am very dissatisfied and I will not be back. More

I was able to schedule an appt very quickly. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was bothered by the fact that I was offered a replacement tire installed for $600+ but after research, could Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was bothered by the fact that I was offered a replacement tire installed for $600+ but after research, could get 4 new of the same quality for under $1000.00. To me, that’s not looking out for the customer, but more the dealer’s bottom line. More
