I brought my new car in for an UNEXPECTED service, it needed to be there longer than I expected, so I was given a loaner. Kellen Vrlik handled it and when I got into the loaner the radio was tuned in to needed to be there longer than I expected, so I was given a loaner. Kellen Vrlik handled it and when I got into the loaner the radio was tuned in to my favorite XM Channel, now that’s what I call SERVICE!! He then brought my car to my home and took back the loaner. Best service and best dealership I have ever had! More
Pros: weren't "pushy", were able to complete both government incentives for EV (and extended the hold on the car to allow for state incentive to go through), didn't overcharge for registration, avg c government incentives for EV (and extended the hold on the car to allow for state incentive to go through), didn't overcharge for registration, avg conveyance fee. Cons: incorrect odometer on registration and title, final paperwork issues, one key battery was dead, didn't provide copy of service report. Had to return to dealership to fix all these issues. I didn't think it appropriate for Mary G to talk down and blame other employees to me, a customer. P.S. your hold music frequently messes up and turns into an awful, loud noise. More
