Let me start saying I didn't have a Pleasant experience in this dealership specialy with max one one of the services advisors. I had an appointment Dec 4 a couple days a go for my chevy silverado for t in this dealership specialy with max one one of the services advisors. I had an appointment Dec 4 a couple days a go for my chevy silverado for them to be able to give me a diagnosis on some issues i.had on the vehicle... max the advisor never took my business with them serious . He ignored me and played with my time, they didn't even bother to take my truck into the shop to be able to do a better diagnosis, the only thing they did was a test ride wich is not enough to know or find issues on any vehicle.. Dec 4 the day of my appointment I spent like 5 or 6 hours for my vehicle to get check up...wich never happened. All a sudden he said to me I won't be able to check your vehicle today you have to leave it for a couple of days here. Come on man!!! The funny thing is we spoke on the phone the days before the appointment I made him clear that I wont able drop my car off because its my only vehicle for daily use.. he didn't work enough with me ..maybe the others staff like sales representatives or what ever in this dealership have better costumer services or might be more honest than the service advisor max. I brought a coupon in for an oil change I don’t know what the gentleman did. I still ended up paying like $96. I don’t think he used my coupon and if you did he marked it up because a couple weeks before had the gentleman did. I still ended up paying like $96.
