Jeff in sales was very accommodating and thorough going over the vehicle. I was hoping for a little more than I was offered for my trade. Disappointed with the rate I ended up with given my credit rating. over the vehicle. I was hoping for a little more than I was offered for my trade. Disappointed with the rate I ended up with given my credit rating. My credit line was locked from a previous hacked account so they were not able to obtain financing until I got it unlocked. In hind sight we probably should have rescheduled the pick up date to give more time to search for better options. Also disappointed in purchase of extended warranty. From the start we all were talking 72 month term. Once I agreed on a warranty price, while signing all the paperwork I see we were out to 84 months. When I questioned it I was told that’s how we got the warranty and the monthly payment to where I wanted it. Paperwork was all done up and it was getting late and I still had an hour and a half ride home going on 5pm through Hartford traffic. Would i recommend this dealership to someone? Yes, I would. The price was fair and no nonsense of going Back and forth to a sales manager. I have walked out off dealerships playing that game in the past. It was nice to have a fair price up front with no haggling back and forth. More
