This is what customer service should be like everywhere. Every step of the way everyone was EXCEPTIONAL!!! From beginning to end. They were understanding and not belittling. This by far is the best Chevrolet service department that I have ever experienced! Service Advisor Max Pieper was extremely customer friendly and knowledgeable of his job. I brought my 2015 Silverado in for a bad lifter. Which also damaged the cam shaft. I dealt with Mark there the whole time, and he was nothing but helpful and updated me whenever he could as to how t Which also damaged the cam shaft. He was very professional and I hope if anything happens to my truck again that he’s the one I deal with.
