The agent helped me understand some of the additional items that were discovered. Normally, I'd say it was the service center trying to get more $$ out of me, but when the agent explained what could happen without addressing the issue, some things were already happening that I did not mention. And the tech... well the tech was nothing short of incredible! He found the source of an ongoing issue that no other tech has been able to identify - AND he knew how to resolve the problem! I struck gold with that tech! 😀 More
