Good Morning, We did some checking on your part with General Motors. It appears the "EV" component was ordered 11/28/22. The component was back ordered by General Motors. The component is shipped vendor direct and make take some time before we receive it. We did open what's called a SPAC Case on the order, with General Motors, at the time the part was ordered on 11/28/22. This gives the order greater priority on the active request list. In our experience, we typically haven't seen the orders taking in the 4 month range, we tend to see them filled much sooner. We will take every measure to monitor the order progress and notify of any updates released from the factory. On behalf of the vendors and factories, we apologize for the needed wait time. We wish you the best over the upcoming Holiday Season and best in the New year. - Executive Chevy Service team
