Xavier was super friendly but after one month I still don’t have a trailer hitch which is not acceptable. I have put multiple calls in and still waiting. I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new 2021 Honda Civic from Executive Honda, Wallingford, CT - May, 2021. They worked with me to find the exact model, color and trim package for the car I want Honda Civic from Executive Honda, Wallingford, CT - May, 2021. They worked with me to find the exact model, color and trim package for the car I wanted. The price was very competitive and the sales process was very smooth and quick. Khaled Elorsy, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all my questions and/or concerns. He spent hour(s) showing me all the features of the new car. It should be noted that there is a Honda dealership less then three miles from my house, but I did not go to them for this new purchase because of the excellent prior treatment I received from Executive Honda regarding a service/warranty matter on my 2012 Honda Civic. In short, my previous Honda Civic was eligible for repair under a warranty/recall from Honda. I took the car to two different dealerships, one of which was three miles from my house, and they refused to recognize the warranty/recall on the car and would not perform the work. They literally said they didn't know what I was talking about. I eventually took the car to Executive Honda and they immediately confirmed the car was eligible for the warranty/recall work and performed the work. So when I wanted to purchase a new 2021 Honda, I went back to Executive because of the excellent treatment they gave me on a prior car service issue. The other Honda dealerships who refused to perform my warranty work would never get my business on a new car purchase. Can't say enough good things about this dealership.
