Executive, actually inspect what you put on your lot!!!! After finally getting the time to bring my wife to review and drive the Honda CR-V that she keep telling me she wanted we drove to 'Executive. Now, un After finally getting the time to bring my wife to review and drive the Honda CR-V that she keep telling me she wanted we drove to 'Executive. Now, understand I'm a car person and I read about cars almost everyday. I was the one who said "lets go check out the CR-V's at Executive in Wallingford. Please understand we have owned a Honda's since the 70's and still have an Accord today. Before my wife and I drove to Executive yesterday May 14 I had stop there to see what CR-V's they had available days before and spoke to Xavier. So we stopped at Executive, Xavier's day off, so my wife had her oppertunity to drive the CR-V and to prove I would be able to fit behind the wheel. Both being just retired this would be our travel vehicle which I at 6'1" I would as be doing the driving. This is turning into a story, so lets shorting it a bit. She looked at many of the used CR-Vs they had on their lot, picked one, the sales person got the keys she got in, I got in and the sales person got in. Now this vehicle is on Executive's use car(23,000 miles ?)or so lot we pull away about 15 feet and the noise we heard was if the rear bumper was dragging on the road. I got out the sales person got out look around the car not seeing nothing the sales person said "oh it must just be rust on the rooters it will be all right " So we start out in traffic with my wife driving and me in the back seat telling the sales person that"the rooters are warped and after less then a quarter mile I told my wife to pull over and return to Executive. Now Executive states that all of their use certified cars go thru a 100 or so point inspection before the sell their used cars. How was this missed ? Now if this happened to anyone how could any stars be given. We were there to purchase a vehicle that she would-be driving daily. We left with a pretty sour taste as to what Executive puts-on their pre-owned vehicles. I don't remember the sales persons name but Im sure he remembers my wife and myself. More

Very patient and helpful - Car not cleaned I found my Certified-Used Vehicle online and had someone else go in and check it out with me until I was available. My car however was not cleaned properly, there were easily cleanable stains on the walls and dashboards and the seats were also not to my satisfaction. More
Exceptional service every time! I Honda Odyssey would not turn over. I brought the car in and was greeted by the incredible service team. It was late in the day on Friday. At the end of the day, I received a call with an update of the car. I also was given the name John Moore the person who would be following up with me on Saturday. Sure enough I received a call first thing in the morning letting me know the issue and cost estimate. When I arrived to pick up my car i was met by Jay Martin the Assistant Service Manager as well as John Moore my Service Advisor. Check out was a breeze. They are a phenomenal team! I would never have my car serviced anywhere else. They treat you like family and provide superior service; even a ticket for a free car wash. We met Rej and told him we needed to get out of our new 2018 Odyssey because it had s Rej and Executive Honda solved all of our problems! Quickly too! We met Rej and told him we needed to get out of our new 2018 Odyssey because it had so much less amenity than our 2006 Honda Odyssey Touring. We wanted a 2016 EX-L- hoping for a straight trade. Rej offered 3 and helped narrow to 2. My wife chose her preferred from there. We explained that we knew Odyssey’s well and wanted to drive it. No problem....my wife wanted a little more time in the driver’s seat...”no problem”, Rej said. We had time constraints- so we ironed out the details quickly....we asked Friday at 9am to move pickup from Saturday morning to Friday at Noon. No problem. It was done beautifully! The small scratches in the door were buffed back to New Condition! My wife had an eye surgery at 2pm. Rej had a very cheery business manager complete paperwork while he got us gas. It was quick, efficient and very pleasant! Thank you Executive! More
