Started off looking for the Nissan Altima to replace our 99 Maxima, went online to get info from Kelly's Blue Book saw an add for Honda's CR-V, got on line price info and contacts from three dealers, Execut 99 Maxima, went online to get info from Kelly's Blue Book saw an add for Honda's CR-V, got on line price info and contacts from three dealers, Executive had the best price out of the three so I called for an appointment to check one out and when we got there we were met by the internet sales manager who connected us with Walter Jakubisyn, Walt gave us more info on the crv than the other dealers salesmen combined. He also told us all about Executives awards and thier highly rated repair shop, no need to shop around any further, I bought a crv that wasn't on the lot ( because of the color we wanted wasn't there ) they had one on order and was due in about to weeks so we put a deposit on it. I brought my Element in because the break light kept coming on. They charged 120.00 to run a diagnostic on the car, and they drove it around the block. They never examined the brakes themselves. So DISAPPOINTED in Executive Honda - I'm a female who can pump my own gas and that's the extent of my car knowledge - they completely take advantage of that and have tried and unfortunately succeeded in SCRE pump my own gas and that's the extent of my car knowledge - they completely take advantage of that and have tried and unfortunately succeeded in SCREWING ME OVER for upwards of $1400! I have an '03 Honda Civic with 65,000 miles and always have routine maintenance service done - EVERY TIME I get an oil change they tell me I need something else, after this last time I had enough and decided I wanted a second opinion, found out I needed absolutely NOTHING done and the work that was already done is not needed for another 50,00 miles. STAY AWAY!! More

Not that I look forward to going for car servicing - I equate it to going to the dentist, no one really wants to go but the consequences are worse if we don't - but I enjoy going to your Service Center.
