Great Experience - Service Department are TEAM Players! I recently came in for Oil Change and Tire Rotation... I save and brought my coupons with me not knowing what I might need to use...Sean is always on I recently came in for Oil Change and Tire Rotation... I save and brought my coupons with me not knowing what I might need to use...Sean is always on top of my service needs and I feel confident in his recommendations for that service and future needs. Lisa always has a smile and is happy to provide a coffee pod while I wait for my service... I enjoyed reading the newspaper that is provided while I waited and when my service was complete, Sean was very patient explaining the service that was provided and what coupons I was able to use.- when cashing out.....  Lisa was very polite and never forgets my coupon for a free car wash. At this last visit, as I was leaving, I realized my Blue Tooth was not connecting and I am not very good understanding this, I drove back and Jenna immediately came over and with her help, she had me reconnected - Thank you Honda ! More

I had a 7:30am appointment....she got checked in right away....told me it would be 1-1.5 hours and The service department is great...especially Genna.
