Great place to take my car! I have never had a better experience with taking a car in for. All of the staff is helpful, friendly and they especially do not "talk down" to me e I have never had a better experience with taking a car in for. All of the staff is helpful, friendly and they especially do not "talk down" to me even though I can be a bit of a ditz. This includes the managers, drivers, and office staff. I highly recommend 2 things: buying a Honda and using Executive to do it, Anecdote: My cousin who lives in Canada was brought there from Italy by the largest Honda dealership in the country. He worked there for many years as their ace mechanic. He opened his own shop and repaired only Honda's for around 30 years. (His son has taken over). Recently, while visiting, he told me in his broken English "if everyone owned my car (the Fit), that he would have gone out of business". More

She called during that wait time with some other items that needed attention, and I decided to go ahead with those things since I was already on the premises. More

Excellent customer service! I brought my car in on Friday, Sept. 13, and was planning on leaving it for the day. But, my plans changed and I got in touch with Gina to say I wante I brought my car in on Friday, Sept. 13, and was planning on leaving it for the day. Unscheduled Tire Repair My front passenger tire kept losing air so I stopped in on Friday 9/13 at 11am to see what could be done. Jay Marin saw me enter the service area and My front passenger tire kept losing air so I stopped in on Friday 9/13 at 11am to see what could be done. Jay Marin saw me enter the service area and came right over to ask what was going on. He came out to see the tire and immediately saw that I had picked up a nail. He said it would be about 2 hours. I had an appointment at 1pm so I asked if I could come back later. He said it would probably be a longer wait then and was concerned for my safety. He took my car right in and I started making alternative plans for my appointment. However, he had my tire fixed and also took care of a recall item all in 80 minutes. I was thrilled! I had no problem making my 1pm appointment and I felt safer! Jay is amazing and an asset to Executive Honda. His customer service is unparalleled. I know he is always honest and has my best interests in mind when dealing with our cars. He is the person I hope is available when I need service. It makes me feel comfortable to know he truly recognizes me and cares about our family and cars. I'm so glad he is still with Executive Honda. More
