This is Mark, the General Manager of Exem United. I called you in regards to this prior to you leaving a bad review because of an email that you sent our dealership. As I said to you on the phone, I am really not too sure that originally you called the right dealership. As you said in this review, you were looking at over 1,000 vehicles... I spoke to my salesman in regards and he told me he never spoke to anyone about this situation. I also apologized to you for any inconvenience this has caused you. We of course are in this business to make a living and have satisfied customers so that we can build a future relationship. With that said, we wouldn't turn customers down and like I mentioned to you in our phone call, we know of a shipping company that will tow the vehicle to you out of state...If you are still in the market for a vehicle, please don't hesitate to call me.
