Cameron came out to help me and my girlfriend was super nice and not pushy we test drove the car and I knew that it would be the car I bought. Cameron and Dan made the rest of the process a lot easier. I told them what I needed and they made it happen. They fit everything into my budget and made everything super easy. Communication was great via phone and email, they were willing to negotiate and work the the bank to get us to the deal we needed. Bethany was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew her stuff. Robin nailed all the details to my very high expectations, and Milo detailed the car so well it literally looked brand new. They sent us off with a great vehicle, a great deal, a great warranty and quickly took care of an issue with the battery. Great job! More

The best possible car buying experience! I first began looking at a Crosstek in February. When I finished talking to Jon, he said he'd contact me about my decision. And that's what got me to come back. There was absolutely no pressure! He honored that the whole time! The entire transaction was transparent; from the first price discussion to the last, Jon and others were completely up front about the cost of the car and my trade-in. Jon is amazing! He is professional, knowledgable, patient and friendly. He made sure I got the car I wanted with the accessories I requested. Thank you so much for such a pleasant car-buying experience. Great experience. I went out to purchase a Subaru after test driving one at a different dealership. The original dealership called me to set up another test drive and I went out to purchase a Subaru after test driving one at a different dealership. The original dealership called me to set up another test drive and I told them I wanted a Legacy 3.6R. They told me to arrive the following day and guess what? Neither the car or the salesperson was there. While I was in their show room they tried to do damage control. I was pretty irate at that moment. I went online on my phone in that showroom and located the specific Legacy and color combination at Exeter Subaru. I told them I was leaving and was told that they could get me the same car. I told them that they had their chance and failed. I immediately called Exeter Subaru and asked if the car online was still available. I was told it was and I told the female on the phone that I would be up in about 30 minutes. She said the car would be fueled up and ready form me when I arrived. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Cameron Burke. I took the car out for about 20-30 minutes and we drove on the highway, curvy roads, bumpy roads etc. to see how it performed. I was so impressed with it, I bought it once we got back to the dealership. I got the right price for my trade and purchase price of the new Legacy. I had no plans on buying the car that day or even from that dealership. It was my first time there and I must say I am impressed with everyone involved in my transaction. More
