When I went to Exeter Subaru for a test drive Todd was friendly and knowledgeable about the model and features. Todd owned the same model and brought real knowledge and enthusiasm about the car to the demo. We agreed my desired features, colors, etc required a custom order so I then researched MSRP, invoice, true market value, etc and prepared for the typical price negotiation battles to ensue...but to my surprise and delight Todd instead made a fantastic offer from the start! With my custom order placed Todd then prepared me for what was to be a long 12-16 week wait for my custom order from the factory. But Exeter Subaru delighted me again and days into the long wait proactively searched for inventory arriving on ships destined for other dealerships, found a car with all my requirements and made arrangements to reroute to Exeter. Instead of waiting until June/July, I took ownership of my beautiful new car on April 15th. I had other picky asks as well that Todd and Exeter Subaru met without complaint (like not unwrapping the car when it came off the truck until I could see it). Taking delivery was super easy as well and probably took less than an hour. Well done Todd and Exeter Subaru! I'm loving my new car. More

He explained the vehicles features easily and in a way we could understand, orchestrated a real-world test drive based on our needs to highlight the vehicle for our purpose, and when I advised him we leased elsewhere for price reasons (Outback was our preference) handled the loss professionally and personably thus keeping the relationship for future deals most likely. My last Outback, I had bought through John Webster, so I went back to him this time because he is so pleasant to work with, as well as being extremely knowledgable and helpful. John spent a lot of time with me, explaining all of the new features and answering all of my questions. Buying a new car is a big deal, but I never felt rushed or pressured.. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. When I return to have my vehicle serviced, I will pop in to say Hi to John.
