Not a car buying experience I would recommend My issues: after the car price was negotiated I was told to come back to discuss financing terms when I picked up the car. Was promised the "best" interest rate but was given a higher rate than the subaru advertised rate, which I was approved for in about a minute in the account managers office. This felt like a scam. I wouldn't have minded if I wasn't told by every staff member how this was a great dealership, always take care of the customers, not like the others, etc. My car also was not ready: not detailed and missing my ordered option. When I returned to have the correct option replace the WRONG option was installed and I had to come back a THIRD time. More
