I schedule service to have some parts installed, when I arrived I was told by service advisor, "we don't do that" I asked why then on the service appt. no one had read my request and bothered to get back t arrived I was told by service advisor, "we don't do that" I asked why then on the service appt. no one had read my request and bothered to get back to me? I was met with a blank millennial stare. I specifically stated what work I needed done and the parts I would provide, I took an hour off of work this morning to drop off car. My advice, don't trust Exeter Subaru to really read their service requests. Maybe it is a good place to get your oil changed, that is something they MAY be able to handle. More

We had a warning light emergency on our way from northern Maine to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. Exeter Subaru got us in immediately; completed the diagnosis and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes—all a Maine to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. Exeter Subaru got us in immediately; completed the diagnosis and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes—all at no charge under an extended warranty for this issue. Within a few moments of entering showroom, we were meet by Mitch, a very positive and friendly Product Specialist, After a couple of questions we directed to a Forester that was on the lot. Mitch provided by Mitch, a very positive and friendly Product Specialist, After a couple of questions we directed to a Forester that was on the lot. Mitch provided a very informative overview of the vehicle and we took the car for a short drive. We are new to the product line but enjoyed our initial experience with the vehicle. Upon returning we described the color and trim level we wanted and Mitch developed our order, we arranged the purchase price with the Sales Manager and provided the required deposit. Upon delivery, about 6 weeks later, Mitch was there to review the vehicles in detail to ensure we could safely operate the vehicle. We appreciate all the time and interest Mitch spent with us to make the purchase process successful. We are glad to be driving a 2023 Subaru Forester. More
