Friendly and non-pushy Lisa was very friendly and was willing to help out in any way she could. She did not try and push us to buy the vehicle and was respectful by asking " Lisa was very friendly and was willing to help out in any way she could. She did not try and push us to buy the vehicle and was respectful by asking "if it fits into your budget, do you think this is the car for you" rather than saying something along the lines of "lets go inside and see what we can do to get you to buy this car". The sales manager Josh was also very direct and honest and was willing to negotiate a little bit in a friendly, direct, way. In terms of only the experience that day it could not have gone better. Not overly satisfied Exeter Subaru was the closest Subaru dealer to me I figured I would give them a shot they were friendly they offered a fair trade value not quite what Exeter Subaru was the closest Subaru dealer to me I figured I would give them a shot they were friendly they offered a fair trade value not quite what I received at another dealer where I actually purchased my new Wrx.Young buyer.with dad. Mike was our salesman.He was very knowledgeable. He was very good at his job.They could not offer finance programs which came close to which we received at our selling dealer.They just didnt seem to be very aggressive at anything.Kind of a take it or leave it attitude.Small dealer woes I guess.
