It felt easy and comfortable from the very beginning at Exeter -- much more like they were trying to help me make the best decision for me and my family than trying to push a quick sale -- from the car options, to the service options, to the financing options. We ended up leasing for the first time (rather than purchasing), because they were so great at explaining the pros and cons of the different options, and that seemed to be a better fit for us. The other dealership was able to offer a slightly lower price... but Exeter did what they could to get as close as possible, and I was happily willing to pay just a little bit more for the customer service and the overall satisfaction of the car-buying experience. Some of it boils down to the fact that I just liked them a whole lot more. The atmosphere is really comfortable there. More

I only went to test drive because my friends made me I walked into the Exeter Subaru to appease my Subaru driving friends. I saw Eric and told him I needed to test drive a Forester. (It was nice for once not to be put into something I can't afford right off) The car sold itself immediately and drove like a dream. Eric was very down to earth and helped make the process smooth. The only downside was not being able to drive the car home that night since I had to make a appointment with their finance person. More

I bought my first Legacy wagon Brighton at Exeter Subaru in 2000 and just replaced it with the Impreza. I also have an Outback wagon that I bought there in 2009. Two years ago, I brought my mother to Exeter Subaru to purchase her vehicle. All four purchases have been good experiences: knowledgeable sales person, good price, and excellent products with longevity (as I said, I just ran the Brighton 15 years, without garaging it!). Of all four experiences, working with Eric St. Pierre was the best. He knows the cars well, he is interested in helping people find what they want, he is responsive to follow-up questions/coordination, and he is pleasant to be with. I also want to recognize Greg Perrotti in the finance department. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time necessary for you to understand all aspects of the transaction. More

Then, on site, the car was as mentioned on the web, the price was quite good for me regarding that it was below the blue book estimation. I got two inspections, 3 oil changes, received the car in super clear conditions, filled with a full tank. Eventually, I was totally pleased and I recommend it for new buyers. More

Honesty, speed, and friendliness I originally found the car I wanted online through the Exeter Subaru Dealerships website. I called in and spoke with Sadie who was kind enough to let I originally found the car I wanted online through the Exeter Subaru Dealerships website. I called in and spoke with Sadie who was kind enough to let me know if the car was still available. She called me the next day to remind me to come in and take a peek at the car. When I went in, I felt right at home when Eric approached me and took me on a test drive immediately. I appreciated the friendliness and honesty of Eric. Even though I was purchasing an older car he still got out and told me his personal opinions on the car; it's hard to find honesty at dealerships but I'm glad I found it here. I did purchase the car and was able to be squeezed in first thing in the morning the following day to sign the title. Much appreciation to the two employees who helped me. We found the car we wanted. We were looking for the right car, and came across one that we liked. My son called Exeter Subaru, and the car he wanted to see was still there. We went to take a look, but it turned out that it had been listed as manual, but was really an automatic. My son wanted a manual transmission, and Mike Alger was there and pointed us to two other cars. One of them, a Subaru Impreza 2008 was just the one for my son.
