A highly recommended experience I went out this past weekend car shopping, I had my list of preferred Makes/Models in hand, admittedly the Subaru Outback was not in the top 3. However after listening to my boyfriend in keeping an open mind and seeing what's out there we strolled into Exeter Subaru and were pleasantly surprised with how we were taken care of by Eric St. Pierre, in fact everyone there was really nice. He was extremely informative and I even took a 2014 Outback for a test drive. It was a great drive. Not ready to fully commit and wanting to do my due diligence I told Eric I would let him know regardless. From here I was expecting the push to buy now, or the threats that it may not be here tomorrow (which was true), he instead told me if I wanted to come back and test drive again tomorrow (Sunday) even if he wasn't here someone else could certainly help. I didn't want to push him out of his commission but he was more focused on making me comfortable with my decision he said it was not a problem splitting commission. This was very impressive and stuck in my head, we grabbed his card and headed off to the next place. After driving a few more cars and dealing with a few more dealerships I decided I wanted to go back and work with Eric Monday morning and purchase the new 2015 Outback. Through the whole process he was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I not only don't have any buyers remorse knowing I got the right car, but I am happy to know this is a dealership I will be comfortable working with for the life of my car. I never find purchasing an automobile a pleasant experience, however short of the regular pain in the neck stuff, this was almost fun. Exeter Subaru is the Best! When I first came to Exeter Subaru, quite a few months ago, I wasn't sure what I wanted. I told the gentleman that I worked with that I was not set on making a decision to buy a car at the moment and he was very understanding. A short while after that, friends of mine said they went to Manchester Subaru, they said the prices and the experience was better than Exeter, so I checked it out. I figured out what car I wanted and they found one for me, they said come back in a few days and we'll have this car for you. Well, I went back and was so excited to have a new car. We went over what I would be paying monthly and everything, I was ready to get in my car and drive off. After all that work the guy tells me that they sold my car to someone else that morning. That was the worse experience for me, so I went back to Exeter Subaru. Every one is so friendly and eager to help you. I worked with Eric St. Pierre. He was wonderful. They didn't have the car I wanted (the impreza) in stock, so he worked really hard to find me not only the style but the color I wanted. He didn't quit and I thank him very much for working with me, answering all my questions and making my car shopping experience a breeze. I am now driving a new 2014 Subaru Impreza, and I love it! It was making a noise they tried telling me nuts were welded and spray painted on my drive shaft. I asked them why they hadn't noticed that last time. They tried to tell me someone did it as a prank. Complete b.s. they couldn't figure out what the noise was so they tried to get me to replace my drive shaft so they could get money out of me. The service guy was super rude as well. These guys are crooks. Stay away! More

He explained the car, extra options, and got us the best deal for the vehicle we wanted. The Business Manager, Greg Perrotti took care of the financial part and made sure we got the best financing rate. Overall, this was the best car purchase experience we had.
