What I liked best about working with him is that he wasn't like your typical car salesman. He wasn't pushy or rude, or in it just to "seal the deal". He knows quite a bit about the safety features on the Subaru and the engine components as well. The car that I had originally wanted got sold but he worked with me to find a certified pre-owned Subaru that I liked that also fit into my budget, and he also worked around my busy work schedule even though we kept him well past his regular hours one night to finish up the paper work on my purchase and sale agreement. He went above and beyond the typical requirements of your average salesman to make sure that everything came together in time for us. More

The nicest thing anyone said about my 25-year old Saab (with 125K on it) was you're only just breaking it in; or they called it a "motorized wheel barrel." I had to replace my car, looked at Subaru and met John Webster through by husband (who had to practically drag me down to look at cars). John knew I needed to purchase a car, yet he didn't push me, but was kind, kept in touch and was encouraging. We looked at and drove the Outback. It gave me nightmares…way too big and SUVish…I didn't want a truck. John then introduced me to the Impreza Limited….Sport. I drove it, and wow! I pulled the trigger and got the car (and surprised myself with my decision) I was 100 percent sure this was my next car. Thank you, Mr. John Webster, for taking care of me and guiding me to the perfect car for me. I am "over the moon" with my beautiful, silver Impreza Limited Sport. If anyone out there who has a Saab and is looking for a similar replacement, PLEASE, look at Subaru. Unlike the Hondas and Toyotas which all look the same, Subarus are extremely distinct and attractive; they are unique, affordable, and drive so well. (For former Saab owners, don't look at "luxury cars," like Audi/ VW's (Audi is VW's high-end vehicle) have back-breaking seats, and the maintenance is outrageous.) Go drive a Subaru, and you'll love it!! More

Solid Experience. I would recommend. We ordered our Subaru Forester in June and was told it would be 1-3 months for delivery. We picked the vehicle up this week and all went smoothly. Eric was are product specialist and was patient and knowledgable. He contacted us periodically through the process and kept us updated. Two days into driving our car and all is well. We love our Forester...so far :) We made an appointment to pick up our vehicle and they processes us fairly quickly. No complaints here. We recommend both Eric Pokorski and Exeter Subaru. More
