This dealership had a vast selection of new and used cars and the personality with in its employees was monumental. my overall adventure at Exeter Subaru was comfortable and well worth my time. Because lets be honest here when you go to a dealership and car shop even after you've done your own research there's going to be some wait time in between the steps of choosing the right vic and getting the best deal that's just how it is. Exeter Subaru was no different but I never had to wait longer then 35 minutes throughout the many steps of purchasing my vic. My sales rep was (Nick Vance) and sales managers was (Jim LaFlamme & Dan Maynes). I spent most of the time there with Nick, a young guy with determination and means of resourcefulness. Nick was a great patient guy with a goal and ambition to sell me the right car. He showed knowledge on vehicles I was interested in and even brought up some facts I forgot about. If he didn't know the answer to a question I had he instantly knew the right person to get the answer from for me. The 3 showed genuine people skills and respect no matter the age, along with getting me the best deal for my car they looked hard and actually cared about finding me discounts to save me my well earned money. New Subura Outback - S0111 Eric was extremely knowledgeable. He was extremely courteous. He is a pretty cool guy. He answered all of our questions. The customer service/selling the car standpoint was outstanding! We could not have asked for better. The overall experience was very good. Customer service was great. Quality of the vehicle is great. Friendliness was great. We got an outstanding price on the new car so we were very, very happy with that. We both felt they could have (and should have) given us more on the trade-in as we basically now have to pay $1250 on an old horse. The trade-in was worth $16,521 on NADA and Kelley and we owed $15,755. They only gave us $14,500 and that was AFTER we talked them up from $13,300. I KNOW you guys make some serious money on reselling used cars. But they wouldn't go higher and we needed a new car. But overall this was an excellent experience and we highly recommend it to friends. Thanks a lot guys good job. Also we really, really like the new car and are glad we came. We will probably be sending you a friend in the autumn so get your checkbook ready because we want our $500!!! Mom & P.D. More
