The sales experience was fine but not without its challenges. The dealer didn't want to fix a rattle in the car before selling it to us. Once we agreed on a price we waited a full three hours before their financing guy could see us on a Saturday afternoon. This was frustrating as well. We like our car but the whole process was laborious and stressful. We are not eager to purchase another car and will look at other dealerships next time. More

Dan was great to work with, he was knowledgeable about the product and was very thorough when explaining the features of not only the car but the engine as well. I didn't feel bombarded when entering the the product and was very thorough when explaining the features of not only the car but the engine as well. The test drive was great because he took us out onto the highway as well as a few back roads. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely go back to Exeter Subaru for new cars and servicing. More
