I purchased a new Outback from John Webster last week. My car buying experience was very positive. We were not sure which car to buy, Outback or Forester. When we were done with our selection, we settled on a fair price and purchased the car. When we picked up the car, John spent as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with the safety features and technology in the car. There were no hidden charges or surprises during the process. John followed up several times after the sale to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car and to see if we had any further questions. I have not been in for service yet, I am hoping they will be as helpful, friendly and professional as the sales team. I would definitely purchase another car from John and Exeter Subaru. More

We recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Forrester. My wife ended up getting a flat tire on day 2 of driving the car. We were unable to get a new tire for almost a week. Exeter Subaru called me and told me we could have a loaner car while we waited for the new tire to arrive. Who does that? Exeter Subaru.. they are simply top notch, and customer service focused. Throughout my experience with this dealership, I don't think I have a single bad thing to say. To say I recommend this dealership is an understatement. I received a flyer in the mail from Subaru about their Guarantee Trade In Program, curious as to what this was all about I headed to Exeter Subaru to meet with a salesperson. The first to stand up and introduce himself was Kyle Defreze he was very personable and eager to help, I explained to him what I had received in the mail and he got straight to the point and led me outside to look at the new inventory. I quickly fell in love with the 2013 Forester and Kyle had nothing but great things to say about the car, although I began to worry that it would not be possible for me to have the car I loved, he assured me he would do everything in his power to get me into the car I wanted. He stuck to his word 100% and was more then helpful along the way. Not only did he get me into the car I wanted but he made it possible for my interest rate and payments to be close to those of my old car. After purchasing the new whip Kyle made a point to keep in touch and check in often to make sure this was still the car I wanted. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about him and would recommend him to anyone else looking to purchase a car, he is one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Two thumbs up!! More
