Exeter Subaru

Bought my first Subaru after much research and having very limited options for a crossover with AWD and a manual transmission - with at least SOME options. It was a cold bitter day but Jeff Salisbury met me outside very quickly with a friendly smile and handshake. This is my sixth new car and definitely the best experience. Very low pressure. You get the feeling that they actually want to sell you the right car, not just any car. I did not go here with the intent to buy, but everything just came together very easily and comfortably. I wish the price were a LITTLE better but I didn't mind paying slightly more than other dealerships for better customer service. Don't get me wrong, the price was very fair. All in all, everyone I met there from the GM to the services & parts guys were very professional and honest. Highly recommend them! More

My experience working with Exeter Subaru was a very pleasant one. I needed another vehicle as I was in an accident and my car was totaled so it was a very tramatic experience. I had visited different dealerships looking for another vehicle and I felt that Tim and Dan and Exeter Subaru as a whole was really listening to what I wanted for a car and was there to make me happy and satisfied with the car I chose. The managers also introduced themselves and I met the fellas in the service department. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. After deciding to purchase my new Impreza, Dan & the managers worked with me to get the price closer to my budget amount. Dan also took the time to answer all my questions and went through all the features of my new car before I drove it out of the parking lot which was a big help as I'm not much for reading the manuals and would much rather have someone explain everything to me. The sales person was freindly and informative.
