I met with Jeff Salisbury and we hit it off from the start. A very pleasant man to speak with. But the people there assisted me with my boys and it went smooth. I wish the price was a little bit lower as always but i'm happy with what i paid and they beat the other prices (not by much). I love the tires for life program but I the restrictions is a little tough personally. BUT i'm happy and i would definitely buy there again. The only other thing i'll add is the referral program. I think they need to re-evaluate. My friend did refer me to them but he was unable to come with me so he can get the referral fee which they require. Unfortunately he won't get the full amount but i was told he will get something. To be honest i would've never went to Exeter if it wasn't for him. Overall it was a great experience, very friendly and I would highly recommend Exeter Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More

John was very nice and not pushy. I have gone to other dealerships and they were not as easy going. He was enthusiastic about the car and showed me all the options it had. I purchased my last (2005) Subaru at this dealership and it has given excellent service. At 174,000 miles it became apparent we should consider a replacement. This vehicle is used for business only and I carry a lot of "stuff"......kinda like the Beverly Hillbillies, so we didn't need a brand new car. We spent a LOT of time with Jennifer and she was polite, knowlegable and very sweet! Negotiations were as pleasant as they could have been.....this is our first "used car". We think we got a clean car at a fair price and we wish Jennifer all the best at the Exeter dealership.......I know she is happy working there! I also wish to say that the service department has always been courteous and efficient with any repairs I have needed.
