John was very nice and not pushy. I have gone to other dealerships and they were not as easy going. He was enthusiastic about the car and showed me all the options it had. When we first walked into the dealership we had something specific in mind. Karisa guided us to that goal and answered all of our questions with a smile, and a sense of humor. I purchased my last (2005) Subaru at this dealership and it has given excellent service. At 174,000 miles it became apparent we should consider a replacement. I have been most satisfied with all aspects of this dealership, so it seemed like we should purchase here again if we could find what we needed. This vehicle is used for business only and I carry a lot of "stuff"......kinda like the Beverly Hillbillies, so we didn't need a brand new car. We spent a LOT of time with Jennifer and she was polite, knowlegable and very sweet! Negotiations were as pleasant as they could have been.....this is our first "used car". We think we got a clean car at a fair price and we wish Jennifer all the best at the Exeter dealership.......I know she is happy working there! I also wish to say that the service department has always been courteous and efficient with any repairs I have needed. John Webster was the sales person for our car. From the minute he first came out of the door of the dealership to help us until now he has been excellent. We keep a car awhile so we want to have something that will meet our needs. Looked at two models of new cars and a used car. John showed us all of the cars mapped out the information very clearly on all of them. While he did a test drive he was very informative with on the overall car so we could see the difference in the cars we tried. This made us feel confident about the purchase we were making. After he spent time with us there was not a feeling of pressure to buy the car. There was satisfaction of information that had been met by John. Because of the fine job John did along with the business agent at Exeter Subaru we did not take our traditional 24 hour thinking time that day. We bought the car of choice that same day.
