Some dealers may not want negative feedback, I am not like other dealers. I can't get better if I don't know what we are doing wrong. I am sorry for what happened when you came in to pick up your car, you are correct, it shouldn't have taken that long. While your car was being looked at in the shop all of the paperwork should have been preped and it wasn't. I spoke to my sales managers as soon as you left to find out why you were here for so long and realized quickly what they did wrong. Your business is very important to this dealership and I am sorry for wasting that much of your time. As a side note the 2 people that took 30 minutes to get cars were other dealers, that process is a little different from the retail side of the business. Take care Darren Coute GSM Exeter Subaru

We appreciate the apology but what changes have been made to assure that this does not happen again! I hope that detailing a car doesn't take as long as financing the paperwork.

What I was saying was that none of those delays should have happened. Everything should have been prepped so that when your trade was given the OK you were ready to complete the paperwork, not start it. As I said I have spoken to my manager and he understands what he should have done things differently
