I have purchased two subarus from Exeter and both experiences were wonderful. Starting with NO pressure, informative sales to closing of the purchase, parts department and service. Good experience overall-Ryan was very helpful with the car. The car prep was great when I picked it up and I will take the car to them for service. My husband and I went to Exeter Subaru looking for a used Outback or Forester. We met Nancy when we got there. Wonderful qualities in a salesperson, so that I recommended a friend of mine to go see her when she was looking to purchase a car a few weeks later. They have a referral program that you can get $500.00 if the person that you refer ends up buying a car from them. Nice bonus! I would recommend Exeter Subaru and Nancy again. More
I had an exellent experience working with Nancy Merz when buying my Outback. When I arrived at Exeter Subaru to look at cars, I walked in the door with Nancy, so had immediate help. She was very informativ buying my Outback. When I arrived at Exeter Subaru to look at cars, I walked in the door with Nancy, so had immediate help. She was very informative about the different models and the kinds of options available on them. She demonstrated all the wonderful features on the the Outback and then she took me on a drive, first driving it and then letting me drive it myself to get a feel of what a pleasure it is to drive it. She worked with my son in Kansas on the deal itself, when I decided I wanted to get an Outback and he was very impressed with Nancy, too. When I completed the deal, before I drove out with my Outback, Nancy very carefully went over again in great detail all the special features on the Outback and what all the buttons and knobs were for, This was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a car and I was very happy that I ran into Nancy as I walked into the dealership. And I was able to get my Outback in "cranberry" which was extra-special - I love my Outback! More

John, especially, was good to work with - explained all the features of the Outback, was very patient with us as I was skeptical of the new CVT (had read a bad review of it, and being an engineer, I wanted to be assured that there was enough "run-time" on it that the bugs were worked out.
