This was the easiest car purchase ever! I found what I wanted online, called and was given an appointment for a test drive. Because of COVID precautions the sales rep Mitch Aase showed me the basics of th wanted online, called and was given an appointment for a test drive. Because of COVID precautions the sales rep Mitch Aase showed me the basics of the car, informed me that Exeter Subaru warrantees the power train for the life of the car, then handed me the keys. When I returned I signed the purchase agreement for the car I had found, but had to wait a few weeks for it to arrive. During that time, Mitch was awesome calling or texting me at least weekly with updates. Worth the wait! When my car arrived he called and set up an appointment for me. After the final paperwork was completed, Mitch walked me through all the special features that weren't on the test car. This is my 6th Subaru since a 1981 rust bucket was given to us in 1991 with 300,000 miles on it. After that car we have since had 3 Foresters, a Crosstrek, and now an Outback Touring with all the options available for less than I expected to pay! How often does that happen? Having just had my first service appointment, I can say Exeter has a great waiting area for my dog and me, and everyone was so very friendly. The service manager provided a bowl of water for my dog without asking! Later he was treated to a few cookies! I've been in the snowsports industry since 1975, and "It snowed" has never been a valid excuse for not showing up to work! My Subies have never let me down!! And Exeter was a great place to make my purchase! More

Tom Johnson the service writer was excellamt. He told me what was going to be done and the cost up front. While work was being performed he kept me up to date. All work completed in a timely manner.
