I was one happy Subaru customer, that day which is one of the many days that I have left there smiling. We purchased 2 loaded Subarus from them and never had less than a good experience. Went to Exeter Subaru because, at the time, we thought that we were going to move to the immediate area. While we decided not to do the move, we did find that Ann and Darren were extremely accommodating to my proposal and the deal was consummated very quickly. We'd buy from Exeter again. More

Bigger dealer had a lot of 2019, we narrowed down and the old back and forth (product specialist <> manager) pricing started (like it was a 1983 used car lot). Turned me off. Back to Exeter, found a 2020, gave us a great price without any back and forth (better than the 2019 demo at the Bigger Dealer). Ann was happy to communicate via text to complete the purchase. In & out for pickup within an hour (mostly showing us how to use all the gadgets); which is important with a kid in tow. A total pleasure. We will be back! The entire purchase process was conducted on my time frame via email, a concept not all dealers understand, but that Exeter didn't blink an eye at. They were clear in communicating throughout the process, with zero surprises, zero pressure to upgrade or add in accessories, zero pressure to use dealer financing. Eileen did do her job of selling the extended warranty and various other car protection packages, but didn't overly force the issue, backing off when I made my lack of interest clear, and swiftly processing my paperwork. I definitely will be recommending Exeter Subaru! I just wish they were closer for servicing. More
