Well worth the trip! After dealing with metro Boston area dealerships, I came across Exeter. So far the best experience I've had buying a car Overall a very good buying experience. I traveled a good distance to buy this vehicle. I visited three dealerships when looking for cars. Ann Italia was the only sales person out of the three dealers that actually opened the hood so that I could look at the engine. She was better than the rest at showing me the inside details of the car as well. I did not buy the vehicle the same day. I put a offer in the next morning that was denied but I emailed back to see if they would negotiate at all on the price. I did receive a phone call from Jimmy LaFlamme who was very upfront with me about the pricing of the car and we were able to meet at a fair price. He was also very good with my request to receive paperwork before the final sale and although he wasn't able to get me the paperwork when I was initially told I would receive it he was very good about keeping me informed about the delay and that they would get the requested material to me. which he did. Overall another very positive experience as this showed me that they were willing to work with me. The day I went to pick up the car Ann Italia was very good with helping to move things along. Eileen Barry was very good with the paperwork at the end. By far the least pressure out of any business manager that I've ever dealt with as far as buying extra insurance. Again a very good experience. I'm hoping to experience the same when it comes time to have the car serviced. Time will tell. More
