She had all the paperwork ready to go and communicated the sales details clearly. However I wish the dealership would allow you to opt out of hearing all of the extended warranty and protection plans. I would prefer to have a "decline all" option so I don't have to sit through the presentation knowing I would decline all. It's annoying. More
